Had the one with the twin 85hp in............

 

Mines got the single 135 - costs about the same as a jetski to run

I paid something like £200/yr on insurance and about the same again on servicing.

Launch fees vary depending on where you go - anything from free to several hundred per year - depends on state of facilities, use of tractor rather than your own vehicle etc. etc.

You will want a wet (or dry) suit for definate and maybe some toys (eg a ringo and rope <£100).

Then it's all down to fuel (& oil) and then it's Scooby money - I use much less when towing stuff & playing around than when I'm just blasting around - somewhere between £20 & £50 in a day depending on what you're doing.....

It's a whole load of fun though acceleration like you can't believe - I used to have to hold on tight as you could feel the ski wanting to pull away from underneath you ! And eyepopping handling - they will pretty much turn on the spot whatever speed you're doing !

 

On an average day out with the gsxrfi im doing about 30 quid in and its on the go button as well....insurance is about 300 now this ski comes with every thing inc wet and dry suits toys the whole lot....

 

By the way cost new inclusive would be around the 9 grand mark

 

S55hot u ever get down norfolk way giv us a look we have own beach and slip facilties all welcome and very relaxed...My last boat before the sea doo was the broom aquarius 210hp duo prop nasty beast but quick duo prop handles like ski turns flat and hard mmmmmmmm good

 

I go to Hunstanton occasionally but have never ventured any further across.......
