Now i know this is a controversial tuning mod, But i have ran it for 15000 miles and 4 trackdays.
With no probs whatsoever!

Its set to 17 psi peak and 16psi held, it makes about 245BHP and 250lb of torque.

it also made my scoob better on fuel as the torque was lower in the rev range so it would pull better with less effort.

85 quid

Please no bull5hit remarks about blowing engines and it cost 50p to make, i know that but im speaking from MHO. and 15000 trouble free miles!

For UK cars only.

well theres always talk of them blowing up, but when i pursued it no-one had first hand knoweledge of one doing so.

Chaz runs one, Dave allan used to run one, and Dave Brown ran one too, all with no probs, if you ike to meddle then do so at your ow risk!

Most superchip agent would fit it, not hard apparently, and the bleed valve is already set.

Think you can use them on any uk turbo, not wrx/sti import..

LeeP - we have discussed this before, a few times last year IIRC.
I have had one fitted for over a year now, done 20,000 without a single problem. No trackdays though for me. running at 17psi I think
I remember loads of the serious tuning guys having a pop etc, & I asked how many people had engines blown up that were NOT serious track day peeps.....can't remember any names coming forward

I would go for the ECU Tek maps if they did one for my model/year now I think, after reading the threads from drivetrain.

edited too add, I left you in a message in another thread, but I'll be bu55ered if I can remember where it was..there are just too many to check through now!!

YHM!

its still foresale, i mailed someone lastnight and no reply, so as scooba's is the best offer.....

You wont be dissapointed in it, ive heard of a few running 19psi, i was just playing it on the safer side, but definite increase in fuel economy!
