Will they fit a 94 legacy turbo

no idea, but they came with the clips, so if they dont, u can cut off your ones, and put these on, and then they would

They should fit a 94 legacy Turbo, IIRC the fuel set up is the same on a impreza, and the Sti IV 440cc injectors fitment is the same as any phase 1 EJ20 Turbo engine. ie all of the Turbo engines from 1993 to 1998 when the phase 2 was introduced with the MY99 cars.
