Sold my01 last August, X plate, headlight kit, full colour coded, full s/sport zaust, 6k on the clock for 16k.
I had major problems shifting it as nobody seems to want this shape, dont know why, they aint that bad.
I tried to sell it on here but not a sniff
I reckon you should get 16 to 16.5k with the PPP on it but be prepard for a long wait.
Remember the car price books are just a guide!! So dont expect to get what they say.
Hope i'm wrong !!

From: Glos UK. - Manufacturers of ECU Data Monitors.
Dealer gave me £19k for my MY01 WRX PPP, extras i left on the car were 18" OZ's, UK300 colour coded lip spoiler, colour coded side skirts, Navtrak and D R Motorsports STi 7 rear spoiler.
Car had 22,000 miles, it needed a dent removing and paint for stonechips, this price was 6 weeks ago in PX for a new STi7 Prodrive.

My Bro is selling his P1.
18 months old, mint and 29K miles.
He is looking for £19995 which seems like a reasonable price.
Reason for sale..he prefers his 1999 Porsche 996 C4 with factory GT3 kit. UMmmm.... wonder why
