Default *SOLD*STI Prodrive Style special edition 02 EXTRAS

Hello All,
As title, for sale a WRX STI Prodrive, 2002. 340bhp

**LOTS** of extras, to make it easy for me, here is a link to the original ad ( I bought it after seeing the ad on here);
https://www.scoobynet.com/private-fo...02-extras.html

I bought it on 9 June this year,the mileage was at 61,542, it's now at 62,713

Reason for sale....
tbh, I just can't justify keeping it, it's lovely, it's great to drive, super quick, but I just don't need it.The money would be more useful to me.
Also my insurance is due on 11 Nov, so selling now would be ideal.
I'm 45, I wanted one for years, this one ticked all the right boxes,it was the middle of summer,the Mrs & my 10 year old son egged me on,so I bought it.
Now I see it that I've owned one, enjoyed it,but in reality, it's up the drive doing nothing most of the time (I've put less than 1,200 miles on it, this may increase very slightly)

Here is a link to a zip pack of pictures,most I took today;
http://tinyurl.com/34cc3j4

and if that doesn't work (I think it's limited to 100 downloads), here is another;
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YFOT17M4

and if you have trouble with that, please email me patrick_church@msn.com & I'll send you them

In my ownership, I've run it on Tesco 99 ron SuperUnleaded (the car was remapped by Andy Forrest to run on 99 Ron fuel,
as well as mapping to suit the APS Cold Air Induction system & exhaust mods), & I had the oil changed by a friend shortly after buying it (Halfords 5/40 Fully Synth).
Oil still almost clear.

The last garage service was at 54,288 ( A.W.D. Motor Sport Engineering)
Loads of documented history,stamps in the book (s), cam belt & tensioner changed at 44,000 miles in June 2007,so not due until summer 2012

Also included in the sale are 4 brand new never fitted tyres (still with yellow stickers on).
They are Continental ContiSportContact 3, 235/40 ZR18.These are expensive tyres! (about £165 each on the web)
They will need to go on as a set of 4 as the ones currently on the car (all still legal,but 2 near the limit) are 225/40

Not mentioned in original ad, it has a Turbosmart Supersonic BOV, these cost about £200 (sounds fantastic)

Also included (apart from the space saver obviously) is a 5th Prodrive alloy (exact same as the ones on the car) one or 2 minor marks on it (tyre not legal)

Taxed until end of Feb 2011, MOT expires 5 Feb 2011 (will need a Scooby friendly MOT station, as no cats fitted)
Which reminds me,also included is the turbo back cat sections (but this will not mate up with the current back box section)
Last MOT was at 58019 miles and the only advisories were;
Nearside Front Tyre worn close to the legal limit (4.1.E.1)
Front on inner faces Brake disc(s) slightly pitted (3.5.1h) (Brakes since replaced,please see original ad link)

2 sets of keys/remotes, cat one alarm fitted,tracker fitted (subscription not transferable to new owner unfortunately)
Log book in my name,with my address on it,at hand

The car can be switched to and from the Andy Forrest map to the standard sti map,while driving.
I've left it on the 340bhp map, & it's averaged 22mpg,with mainly short trips,so I would imagine 26/27 achievable on a run.

The car is in Farnborough, Hampshire GU14
Tel; 07882719075
Please leave a message if I don't answer,I'll get back to you (I work nights)

The private plate (as in my pictures) will be staying on the car

£6300 ovno

Thanks for looking....
Jonathan

Also loved this car first time round. Unfortunately I've put any purchase back to start of next year now.... so if you want to keep it for a few more months lol

Would you consider a p/ex mate? I have a standard 96 Civic VTI hatchback with 62000 miles, FSH, immaculate car and only 2 owners from new, let me know your thoughts, cheers
