Default Subaru Impreza RB5 No. 422 - Genuine standard car

For sale is my standard original Impreza RB5. It is my second car and only used on weekends or dry days!

I am also a member on the RB5 Owners club as was the previous owner.

It has 86k on it, all genuine and fully stamped with full Subaru history and genuine Subaru parts, with all receipts and MOTs to prove mileage and history. Ice cold AC, central locking, subaru alarm and immobiliser and TRACKER.

Comes with a fresh 6 months tax and MOT'd until January of next year. Also fully HPI clear and welcome to check.

Although it isn't officially a WR Sport model, it had the Prodrive Performance Pack fitted by the SUBARU DEALERSHIP in Northern Ireland in 1999 when the car was new!
This includes the upgraded intercooler"Y Piping" as well as the prodrive exhaust and ECU.

The car has had three owners from new including me.

I have put just over 4k miles on it since buying it in November of last year!
the car has only done about 6k miles in the past two and half years and this is also backed up by the service history!

As you can see in the picture, it has all the books,service manuals and full kit with it. The original Two keys and Fobs, properly colour matched touch up paint, ORIGINAL Subaru stereo, old MOT certificates and even the tracker documentation if you want to keep up the subscription on it.

The car orginally came brand new from Subaru in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, then to England and back to Northern Ireland. It has been serviced religiously and the stamps and history prove this.

It also comes with a free set of spare genuine RB5 rear discs, calipers and pads.

The car also comes with the very sought after PRODRIVE ALCON calipers and discs which I had refurbished with all original ALCON parts and seals to restore the calipers as good as new, along with brand new Ferrodo DS2500 pads. 330mm discs are used in these and the stopping power is excellent, well above standard!

The interior is in excellent condition and all seats, and bolster areas are perfect with no sagging, tears or burns. Non smoker and never any kids in the car either.

A Prodrive rear box and high quality Hayward & Scott down pipe and centre (2.5" to maintain standard noise and performance!) where fitted recently after the original items rusted through after 11 years, not bad going!

In fairness it has some stone chips on the bonnet and bumper but the paint is all genuine original and the car has never been crashed or hit.

The current wheels could do with a refurb if you're very fussy but theyre in decent shape as they are and will also come with a 5th RB5 alloy and matching Pirelli Tyre.

It has always had fully synth oil and filter and I have already given it two oil changes during my ownership, regardless of mileage along with redline fully synthetic gearbox oil (also regardless of mileage when the engine oil was changed)
I never spared a penny on this car when it came to services and parts

Always run on super unleaded (Texaco Tecron or BP ultimate, never anything less!)

The only issues with the car would be the tiny couple of stone chips that have rusted slightly at the front edge of the roof, there's a very small dent in the front passenger door but this can be easily fixed by a dent specialist as the paint is intact and the dent is very shallow!

I have also had the car fully machine polished and deswirled just last week so its looking perfect for the new owner.

All in all its a clean, genuine car which is why it kills me to sell it but that's just how things are right now. I searched a long long time to find such a good original one and ive spent a few quid getting it sorted out.

Whoever buys it will get a real gem. I know everyone says it about their car, but there really isn't many like this about anymore!

A rare car, and will become a classic, especially in this condition and its one of the last run of RB5's made, being number 422 and benefits from having all the nice Prodrive extras too!

Car has been faultless since I bought it and I have done everything to keep it that way.

how far from heathrow r you. when was the cambelt last replaced thanks lee

I'm only 20mins from the airport so you can get flights very easily to me and they're pretty cheap too

All the belts were replaced at 81k miles and this is shown in the service history,the cars only done another 6k miles since then! :-)

from belfast city center, im only 20 mins from the airport and 30 from the docks, its very easy to get to, ive done it myself when i bought my accord type r from england
