What do the two maps run, high and low boost? Any figures for each map? Does the 2.5 bottom end make it a 'stroker'?

 

To be honest, I'm not sure on boost figures for the maps, it's puts out 320 brake at 1.1 bar boost. I asked for a safe reliable engine and I was happy with 320 brake. Steve Simpson said When he fitted simtek, the only restricting factor is the turbo. If a larger one was fitted, I've been told that it's good for over 500 brake, hope that helps.

 

What pistons is it running?

I just thought it may help your sale to add engine internal details as you say "it's good for over 500 brake" once a bigger turbo has been fitted. I assume it must have forged pistons if they've told you this.

I guess he was asking because it looks like it's got a 'lift reverse' **** on there as in the 6 speed setup, so like me he's probably wondering if it's a 6 speed box?

 

Yes it's only a 5 speed box .
