Default My mint 1984 Golf gti campaign edition for sale

Unfortunately it has to go as i am moving abroad in the new year.

1984 A Plate 1800 Campaign in Llhasa green the car is presented in great alround condition.Fantastic interior with no rips or tears nice uncut parcel shelf and retrimmed campaign steering wheel. 9 months Mot 150000 miles comprehensive service history. The car comes fitted with TSR ported and polished head with a fast road camshaft

Recent work

4 new wheel bearings
mk 2 16v brake servo and master cylinder
Complete renewal of all copper brake lines
Braide Flexi hoses front and rear
Vauxhall Cavailier front caliper upgrade
mk 2 16v black diamond groved front discs
Ferodo DS2500 fast road pads

This car stops now like no other mark 1 i have ever driven.

Couple of the interior for you please not that i have the original "campaign" steering wheel that has just been retrimmed and will be fitted to the car.
The steering wheel that is fitted to the car is a very rare period italvalanti "gti engineering" wheel which is for sale seperately.
Although the photo doesn't show it the seat bolster on the driver's seat has noi rips tears and is in very good nick which is almost unheard of for a mk1.

Uncut original parcel shelf too !!!

yes it looks great. Have the front door cards been cut at the bottom for speakers? Not that it matters that much.

That's the original hole thet have a plastic pocket witha combined speaker grill that fits onto the bottom of the door card. They were removed at the time of the photo as i was installing the new speakers
