£18k for the car you sold is in my opinion a bit of a bargain for the buyer even in todays Impreza market. I have been offered £17,200 by Audi for a trade in on a RS4, however, I will have to remove all the toys, wheels, etc, ie. make my car standard again, and sell them the toys seperatly as they won't pay a penny extra for them.

I would rip Audis hand off, my normal rule applys for car sales:

absoloute minimum you "think" you would sell your car for which looks like being £20k then subtract 10% will give you a selling price (£18k) anymore than that and its down to luck!

These are £21k brand new from Subaru dealers now, so I think £17k trade in is a fantastic deal!
