I also have a set of as yet still boxed scott-lowe mud flaps that I can chuck in with the deal.
Anybody interested or got a sensible bid??

As already mentioned the car had the pro-drive performance pack fitted by the 1st owner which includes hi-flow cat etc. Hence when it was taken to TSL it had their re-map applied and group N back box.
So the TSL bill was approx £850 including vat, but factor in the pro-drive performance pack which is an additional £2,000 and it's had circa £3,000 worth of performance mods.
The reason it did not have the tsl thunder cat fitted was purely for warranty peace of mind and the fact that the PPP sports cat helps considerably with engine breathing anyway.
Having spoken to TSL this morning and without putting the car on a RR they estimate that the car should be around 325bhp+, however the beauty of the TSL map is the way the power is delivered - rather than a narrow power band the car pulls like a train from low rev's all the way up to 7,000 rpm (if revving the whatsits of it is what floats your boat).
I can honestly say that I don't find it necessary to take the car much above 6,000 rpm it really does put the power down well and if you ask about on scooby net most people acknowledge that TSL are one of the best subaru specialists in the UK for aftermarket tuning.
Hope the above helps however if you require more info let me know.

FWIW mate I have a 53 plate sti with ppp plus and had the TSL 333 conversion added like you.
Power wise it made 334 bhp on a rather hot day so its pretty much on the nose!
Nice price-I paid nearly 19k for mine in May with 13k miles
Best of luck
Rob

You got a good one for sure I remember the thread, an 04 plate isn't it??
We could manage to keep the car but it would mean really, really tightening our belts and we would rather bank the cash and know we had a decent reserve to fall back on.
That said once the two current nippers are in school we will be back with a vengance - hey ho only 3 years to wait, although who knows what the future holds? We could be back sooner.
Anyway stop reminding me of what I am doing, it hurts enough as it is you jammy get , seriously enjoy yours and keep those bloody alloys clean , you know Aly will be back to reclaim it if you keep it anything other than pristine.
Thanks
Paul
