MY00 STI VI Type R Coupe,

Not your usual Type R as finished in a very rare deep blue mica,

All your usual Sti Type R extras, including:

Drivers Controlled Centre Diff (DCCD)
Intercooler water spray, (No ABS)
Larger intercooler,
Close ratio 5 Speed gearbox,
IHI VF28 Turbo.

This car has been tastefully modified with the following:

Full Power engineering T75 Exhaust system with twin dump down-pipe and Sports Cat. (3” Bore)
Apexi Power Induction kit (Standard air-box included)
Blitz Supersound Dump valve (Standard also Available)
17” Speedline GT Alloys.

Unfortunately for myself, but not the new owner. 6,000 miles ago the car experienced a MAF failure which lead to a Melted piston. The engine was fully rebuilt including a re-boar and new piston carried out by API engines.

This car was imported from new by Warrender car sales.

The car has now covered 60k and in my opinion drives as well if not better than when I purchased it 2 years ago.

The new owner will benefit from 4 brand new Toyo-Proxes and a 12-month MOT.

dont do it lloyd three type r's in the space of three miles from each other.try ringing a plan they looked after me,put the misses on it,it seems to bring the quote down a bit,ive just paid 610 with all the mods.remember i want that plate.

 

Daz, you have to remember you aren't 24 and your mrs isn't 21. I am still looking to get a fast car just cheaper on insurance.

 

I'm 22, 5 years NCB and only £740 on my GT4.... with all mods declared.

Thats a Group 18, Jap Import with full forged rebuild, exhaust, big turbo, etc.. I even declared the FMIC, bigger injectors and ECU even though they werent actually fitted.

By contrast, my old UK Impreza Turbo with minimal mods cost me £830ish to insure and thats a Group 17 with a Tracker and Cat 1 Alarm?!

Yes, mate def a V6 came with front lip spoiler and slightly higher rear spoiler!!
