Im looking at one of these tommorow, identical spec with leather and aircon with 57k miles and full history and its up for 6k, why does everyone think these old cars are worth so much money?

 

Probably because 2 years ago the same cars were selling for 12k from a dealership.

And because people expect something for nothing on here. 8K for a car like that is a good price, what else is in the same price ranges for the performance?

Well said fitzscoob! I think 8k is a fair price when compared with other examples for sale. An STI 5 of similar age would cost about 5k more which makes mine a bargain!

I'd be very suspicious of one with similar spec. to mine, going for 6k. It might sound like a good deal from the advert but when you turn up it might be a different story!
