best of luck in selling a great example of a type r, add it into the type r corner in members gallery as well as that gets a lot of views.

taffyboyo - you don't need 4 doors mate... have 2 bigger ones instead

CJAF7R/EddScott - get in touch if either of you are interested in the near future when you've sold your motors.

thanks for the tips and encouragement from the rest of you guys.

It is indeed group 20 prices you'll be paying for insurance... and then some. I got my first Scooby at 23 and paid 1600 fully comp (with 2 years ncb). Type-R cost me a few hundred quid more though.
As for August, I'm afraid this car will be gone in the next 7 days, either to a trader or a private sale.

Sorry to be dumb, but is it a Version 5 or Version 6 ? Does it have service history (UK and or Japanese) ?

Hi, its a V5. The car has UK service history, but no Japanese history. It is however in fine mechanical order. Took it to a dealer on Thursday and he echoed that.

Cheers,
Al.

Hi all, just to let you know this car is still available. I've decided to give it a bit longer for a private sale, rather than take a trader price.

Question poss swap

Hello,

dunno if you might be interested but iv'e got a subaru legacy b4 rsk in mint condition. There twin turbo saloon and very nice. You can e-mail at hunterdee@yahoo.co.uk if you might be interesed in the b4 as a straight swap. It's a 2000 model with approx 44k miles full leather 300bhp standard, padel shift on the steering wheel with a semi auto gear box and it's a luxury motor.

Cheers.

Al,

Lovely car by the way!

Just wondering if your car is still available? I've managed to get an insurance quote on a scooby. I still need to shift my car 1st though.

Don't suppose your interested in part ex on a Seat Ibiza Cupra Turbo (1.8 20vt)? X reg ('00), 40K miles. Its worth 7K!

I'll await your reply.

Cheers

Lee
