Smile MY03 JDM STi GL for sale

For Sale my MY03 JDM Sti GL (top of the range JDM Sti)

Silver on an 02 plate but first registered in UK 1st April 03 due to Japanese export regs.

23,300 miles

Priced at £18,750

Serviced by myself with full oil and filter changes at 5000 miles and multiples thereof after the first 1000 miles run in. The engine uses no oil at all between services.

Brembo factory fit brakes
HID lights (std)
Rear window tints (std)
Rear window wash/wipe (std)
DCCDA six speed with auto/manual (std)

Fitted Defi Sti centre gauge pod, Oil temperature, Oil pressure, Boost. (OEM)
EcuTek Data Monitor capable of user tune rom adjust without laptop (PSi3)
Fitted Sony head unit plus six disk mp3 player
Full stainless decat exhaust designed by me in conjunction with Janspeed
K & N based large bore induction (80mm) designed by me in conjunction with Roger Clark Motorsport
Installed Cold air feed
Uprated turbo actuator.
Installed non-return valve between heads and air intake
Sti aluminium front top strut brace replacing factory fit item.
Sti aluminium rear top strut brace
Sti stainless lower front strut brace
Geometry set by Micheldever tyres to my settings (1.5 negative camber all round)

Ecu upgraded to Spec C rom code fully remapped to run on Optimax plus NF booster using latest user tune rom that includes mappable launch control (fixed) and switchable boost maps. This allows user tune adjustment from the EcuTek Data Monitor

All original factory parts included except original mid and back box. Also replacement OEM front and rear brake pads for when needed.

The car can be mapped to suit the purchasers choice of fuel, the fueling strategy used by me yielded 369 bhp and 370 ft lbs of torque at Power Engineering last year. Peak torque at 3200 rpm, this car is neck snapping in acceleration. Also, if preferred, the car can revert to airbox with Sti panel filter if preferred. Note there are no known maf issues using induction kits of this design on new age cars.

Why is it for sale ? Basically because I had to choose between this and the Sti5, given that I would trace the steps of the Sti5 in uprating the engine etc with this car and would have ended up at the same level apart from body shape it seemed a bit pointless. The Sti5 even has the six speed box now. I would love to be able to keep both but one of them need's to go.

Please contact on email as profile or pm.

Damn,

This is a cracking good deal.

If I had a confirmed buyer for my car I would be straight down with a deposit.

Na those pics are old ones, twin intakes on the car in reality. Balances up the look nicely.

Deep, then I'd have to do it all over again.
