This is an excellent example of one the most desirable imprezas ever made.
I bought it from Riverdale Motor Company in Paddack Wood, last December. It came with a one year parts and labour warrenty which has until December 24th. Had the tyres replaced at extra cost to me at the time with Bridgestone Potenza SO3's. Still in excellent condition with around 4-5mm of tread left on all four.
Unfortunatly, time has come for me to get a larger property for my fiancee and I, so my pride and joy is up for sale.

Power Enginneering Dyno test (They replaced the Lamda Sensor at same time.)
Power Enginnering 4 wheel alignment only 1 month ago.
Tracker Monitor
Autowatch alarm and immobiliser.
Tax and Mot until may 05'

The car had 60000miles on the clock when I bought it less than 10months ago. It now reads 67500.
I changed the Oil (Mobil 1 15w50) and filter every 3000miles.
Kept in garage over night.
Always ran on Optimax + NF

First of all, it's a my98, 4 door, sti 4. Not a wrx 2 door. It has been very well looked after, anyone who views it will agree.
Second, I do not need to sell the scoob. I am just testing the water. Many people are selling their scoobs at stupidly low prices. I'm in no hurry to sell, so this is why I am not giving it away.

Its a shame that 'too higher a price mate' posts are making it just that bit harder to sell in a market thats already near rock bottom. A car is worth what someone is willing to pay and if you're not desperate to sell, then you've the right to price at that level. AFWIW, thats in the expected window price of an STi 4 (not WRX) - a quick look in AutoTrader and Top Marques will tell you that. There are other cars on SN that are overpriced IMHO but I'm not going to post a message and insult the owner.

Agreed. When I sold my STI IV I advertised it on here and mostly had people offering not what the car was worth but (presumably) what they could afford - without even seeing the car! :rolleyes

Mine was priced to sell (which it did) and yet the jokers on here thought they would offer peanuts.

Stick to your guns mate, a buyer will come along, but probably not from here.

 

I flogged my sti4 a couple of years ago. Lost 9k in depreciation and have regretted it ever since. I'm now looking at buying another!!
