Default 1994 WRX STI Version 1 - 025/100 - very very rare

Hello folks,

Just want to gauge interest in the car at this moment, although if the right offer comes along....

This is one of a limited edition of 100 hundred cars.

I run a register for these cars and you can a load of pictures and info on the car at my site:

http://members.lycos.co.uk/markysan1970/index.html

Its had a full engine rebuild by API at Christmas 2003, and its covered approx 1400 miles since then. New clutch fitted at same time. See API site for what they do for a rebuild - its impressive.

MOT till June, but I'll get another put on. Tax - cant remember, but I think its Nov?

I'll start with the niggles
******************
2 little dents on roof, but as from pictures you'll hardly see. Usual odd parking ding.
The exhuast has some grounding, because car is low. Its totally sound just a bit rippled. Sounds great on full chat as well.

Now the good stuff
**************
Comes with Japanese service history
17" Volks Racing lightweight alloys in anthracite with a chrome rim.
Uniroyal rainsport tyres - done approx 5K - still in excellent condition
Kakimoto full stainless steel exhaust with 4in tailpipe.
HKS induction kit.
Clear side repeaters and indicators.
Kenwood jap head unit with CD/Tape and radio all in one.
Ms Gearknob.
Tinted rear passenger windows.
STI later style red/clear rear clusters.
Blitz boost gauge
Ultra Turbo Timer
GGR Splashguards
Momo steering wheel - Sport version
STI 4 pot calipers from a V5
Brembo Group N disks
Ferodo DS2500 pads
Bailey Motorsport VTA EVO Dump valve
MRO V4 front grill
Iridium spark plugs (HKS)
ScoobyECU
Metal coolant tank from later STI (no more leaks!)
Earthing kit
Subaru STI badge front grill (same as original)
Group N Decat downpipe
New borg and Beck 3-piece clutch and flywheel
Engine rebuild at 83,100 on odometer (53K in miles)
Knocklink
Dawes AFR
Tracker
Cat II immobiliser

I will not be splitting the car mods at this stage - so the car is complete as above.

I'm looking for £6'995 which is a good price for the rarity of car, mods and the full engine rebuild. This car is in excellent condition for the age - I dont drive like a looney and its been garaged since arrival in 2001 to the UK.

Preference is to PM me, although you can mail me at mwsmith@tiscali.co.uk but I dont log in as often.

Thanks for looking,
Mark

WTF!?! Are you planning a touring holiday to Iraq? Can't believe you'd chop in the Scooby for a polished-up military vehicle.... better off with the Chinqichento

So what's the script mate?

I have to say this, I have never said this to you before Mark....but jesus christ that is one sexy looking car. Can't you just get a glass case and keep it in your front room?

Hope she gets a good home.

Default Update - MOT and tax

Just put another 1 year full MOT on the car.

Tax is not November this year, but its actually February 05 - so thats even better!

Pricewise - dropping from £6995 to £6795.

No way is it going any lower, unless parts start to be removed.

bttt for me!

Now I may be out of line here but, pay the Scoobynet membership fee and start your own thread Big Don, don't go advertising in another fellas thread. That would of annoyed the **** out of me to be quite honest.

Talking

Well what can I say...

Went up to Elvington RWYB day to cover the event for work (I work for a well known Ford mag!) and those Scooby STIs were SERIOUSLY quick. They had the big power R33 GTRs up until the very last bit of the 1/4 mile straight. Most impressive
