Apparently it was the first STi made hence its very rare
All stamped on engine bay It is No 28 from only 100 made
I had someone from Scotland who just wanted some pics and info cos he is trying to compile the whereabouts of the original 100 made

 

fair enough, it'd be a nice car but unfortunately having trouble finding insurance on an import

Try either elephant/liverpool victoria, very reasonable for insuring imports i believ. elephant quoted me £800 for a 3.0 twin turbo imported supra!

 

just got a quote for a 93 wrx import

I am 25 with no points and 3 years ncb

£1150 including RAC cover

adrian flux said they couldnt go lower than £1500 so didnt even quote

performance direct said about £2k and again werent interested in quoting

 

mmm, i've heard worse. insurance companies seem to hate scoobs for some reason, think they're quite an obvious target for thieving b*stards.

No I can't, that is a great quote. I was lead to believe that they wouldn't insure an import! I will have to give them a call. Cheers
