Default Scorpion Exhaust - will swap for standard exhaust

Hi

My 2002 bugeye GX has a stainless steel Scorpion exhaust. I'm not sure which model of exhaust it is as Scorpion do several, I'll try to post a close up photo on here soon.

I haven't looked underneath the car personally, but my subaru dealer have told me that the middle and back sections are after-market, i.e. Scorpion.

I want to do a straight swap with someone who has the standard subaru middle and back sections in good condition. Must fit a 2002 GX (i.e. non-turbo).

I'm based in Cheshire, and would propose we do the swap at an exhaust centre of our choosing.

BTW, reason for wanting to swap is purely because I want the car to be as quiet as possible. (the scorpion is by no means the loudest I've heard, far from it).

Apologies for the pic attached, I know its not very helpful but it at least gives an idea of size and style at this stage.

Let me know if you want more details, and I'll get under the car and take more photos, etc.

See pics attached...

Its worth mentioning that I haven't touched the exhaust since I bought the car, its stainless steel so I would imagine you could clean it up so its gleaming. I believe the bore diameter of the final pipe at the end of the back box is 3 inches.

Hi Michael, what kind of condition is your exhaust in? Is it the original from when the car was new or a later replacement?

the exhaust seems in good condition, will double check it. From what i can see both parts look too new to be standard originals.
