i have a classic with a full true 3inch stainless system. does anyone fancy swapping the backbox as i find mine just far tooooo loud.



it's a very well made powerflow with a 4.5 inch tip and it comes with a bung. has a scratch on the bottom but not noticeable when fitted. will post pics if anyone interested.

It is blitz spec loud


I am looking for something quiet doesnt really matter if its single tip or double etc so long as it keeps the wife and neighbours happy



im in the aberdeen area and use the car regularly so would have to meet for swap or similar

willv3555 i would be up for that, providing it is quiet. i wouldn't wan't to go from one noisy exhaust to one thats just slightly quiter if you know what i mean.
Just to give you an insight to how loud it is on idle if you stand at the back of the car you feel it thumping through your body, it makes the knocker on my front door vibrate when i start it in the morning.
When you let off on the throttle it pops ands splutters...when you change from 1st to 2nd (even at low revs) you get a pop.
Im getting older and the wife is nipping my head.

cdm1 - i need a gaurentee that it mates up to my 3inch middle section, if not and your center section is stainless i would do a swap even if it's 2.5 inch.


i'm not worried who gets it and even would have been happy with a standard system lol.

It was bought from 4950ken from here.. a very trusted seller.

 

oh for any of you bods down south im heading to leicester on december 9th so can meet if required.

 

I have a magnex 2.5 back box which im lookming to swap for something loader. It has a nice note not loud at all but still gives that trademark burble. It screams when on full boost.

Im based in the north east if anyone is interested.

Hi mate mine is quiet at idle and low revs no problem hardly pops and gives a great burble I just fancy something louder lol do u have any pics of exhaust please cheers oh forgot to say I'm sure it narrows to fit STD down pipe cheers
