I doubt any sane member on here will buy a fully decatted and unmapped JDM new age, and they are only 280ps 
if your lucky they may make nearly 300bhp, twin scroll cars make more power out of the box and those dont push 320bhp 
You need to put down service history also (does the car have some?) and when the cambelt was changed last.
