I'm selling my complete closed deck engine minus the turbo.

This engine is still in my car and can be started by anyone that is seriously interested in it. It is fantastic and runs smooth. Newly re-built and installed

This engine always ran with a Walbro fuel pump.

It's from a '96/'97 STI.

The engine has been remachined and runs fantastic, as I've mentioned you can test the engine before purchasing.

Yes, they are closed decks. I'm using one to build another engine and a friend has offered to buy the other one. He's going to confirm with me by sunday, if he doesn't take it I'll let you know.

how can the block be the wrong year. you can bolt any heads.

 

Try reading 1st post. WHOLE COMPLETE ENGINE

 

Could buy it complete then sell the heads from it.

Phil, what heads do you want to build your engine with?

I think you should come and drive this motor, its fantastic and you'll want it just the way it is. It's still in the car and driveable! It will also save you a major headache.
