Why the big increase in price since you bought them?

maybe they were refurbed, which would push the price up slightly (but not by 400 quid imo).

perhaps he paid £50 per wheel to get them refurbed, and wants to make £200 profit, which is no crime really. We live in a capitalist society after-all.

Making a profit isn't a crime .. but its not really a community thing to do .. although he might have had to fork out for other things ... which is why he need to comment

I just know I wouldn't buy anything from anyone who looks like their trying to rip people off on here .. and that's how it looks at the moment .. not that he is of course, but it appears that way ..

I think it's all a bit unfair that people are thrashing him for trying to sell his product at a price he wants!!! probably not the smartest idea to pick something up that people have seen before and resell for more, but can't call him a robbing swine for it. None of us have ever bought anything anywhere that someone didn't make a profit off!

At the same time, this is more of a community and we are here to help other scooby owners so keeping prices fair shows love!

Just to add my bit as the original seller, Very good guy to deal with, he paid me the asking price and to be honest I know he took them straight to be fefurbed. They were purchased for his car and not just to sell on and if I am honest I probably sold them to cheaply!

I think it is fine to advertise at the price stated above as refurbed in mint condition I would have been asking a similar price

Just look at the price when there new

I think they were good money, and very nearly bought them myself. It was only that a set of GT1's came up more local to me that I changed my mind. Have to say also, that s9aru shady, was always prompt and honest when I asked any questions about them. Anyway, glad you sold them mate.
