Default PPG straight cut gearbox - complete

...with steel forks and new diff, 5 spd for classic..... sensible offers, kit is as new, covered 1k miles....

been working away mate throwing more money at the car, but just got to the stage where i cant justify it any more to have all that money sitting in a "toy"...it would never be an everyday car and the longer i keep it the more money i know i would keep spending on it....
after seeing euan breaking the sapph and speaking to him about it, breaking the car seems the natural way to go with it to try and get back some of the hard earned thats been pumped into it....maybe only be about £60k short

its my mate thats selling from his P1, he's after £3k and yes, it can be palleted and delivered, duncan at hypertech would sort all that out for any buyer

off top of my head i think he paid about £4k for it as he changed a few bits and got new diff too, would need to ask him, can send you his number if you like? it has done barely 1k miles, he wants the 6spd box from my car so thats why he's selling....

gearset is £2.5k
billet forks is extra
diff is extra
assembly about £500

I have a 5 speed dccd with quaife diffs F+R, billet forks etc etc and the cost when complete was nothing short of scary

is it syncro or dog engagement?
Can you tell me the gear ratios & what diff is fitted Plated / open??

Is it built into a TY752 box or a TY754 casing

scooby clinic website says £2700 for the ppg gearset and fork, fully fitted.

Prices stated on Web Sites tend to be +VAT, which takes it to over £3100.
