Revolution 3" system for sale
To suit a New Age.....mine's an 05 STI, but I think it will fit all of them
3" Revolution system from the front "cat pipe" back.
Good nick, been on my car for....oooh about a year, but I've put an Afterburner R on today.
The Revolution system is quite a bit quieter, but as good for performance I believe. The tailpipe is a 4" slash cut.
£320 or so new, so how about £220 ??
I'm waiting to hear if I have to go back to work on Monday, if I do, then the pipe won't be going anywhere for a month coz I won't be here to send it ........if you are local, you can pick it up though

This is not a full 3" system for, as you can see, it swages down to just about 2.5" at the end of the C/S.
I had the same issue when I got 3 system for Newage cae that all need 3", I had to make new end segment to fit into where the reducing joint was to make it 3" all the way.
GOOD EXHAUST THOUGH!

Cupraderv - yes it will
WUZ - You are correct mate, the front pipe is indeed swaged down to fit the standard 2.5" front cat pipe. I think you can get a 3" downpipe to make it 3" all the way though......also from Revolution. It's a slip joint type connection, so is specifically for their 3" system AFAIK.
I just had to have a similar pipe made to fit my Afterburner R. It replaces the front cat pipe and is 2.5" at the downpipe connection, and 3" at the "system" connection. Made by H&S, supplied & fitted with the Afterburner R, by Scoobyworld

Well I can only really compare it to the Revolution and it is quite a bit noisier than that, although it's not "too" loud.
The sound has a bit more of "edge" to it rather than a burbly smooth sound.....hard to explain really, but it sounds more like a lot of the classic Scoobs I've seen at stuff like Scooby Shootout, etc.
On light throttle applications: at 60mph it's virtually the same as the revolution, at 70 it's got a bit more of a "drone" to it, and then at 80 it quietens off a bit again.
Full throttle it's noisier everywhere, but I like it I know a lad with a Blitz Nur Spec system, and I think the Afterburner is a touch quieter, but a similar overall sound, although I haven't been in his car, only heard it from the outside a few times.
