Default Genuine NEW Subaru 17" alloys for sale!

For sale is a set of 4 genuine Subaru 17" silver alloys. It says Speedline on the boxes, so I presume that's what they are. I know for sure that they will fit the Classic & bug-eye Impreza's, I'm pretty sure later Impreza's, and all Legacy's/Foresters are the same too, but please check for yourself before bidding.

I had a Terzo that I was going to upgrade to 4 pot brakes, then found that it's exisiting alloys would not fit over them. A friend got me the ones pictured from the dealer he worked at, but I traded the Terzo in for a P1 before I got around to fitting them!

These wheels were original fitment on a new car (bugeye STI?) where the customer had specified a wheel upgrade before delivery. Therefore although they have had a set of tyres fitted to them, they have seen no use (apart from moving the car into the showroom etc). They are of course are mint as you would expect, with just a few minor marks inside the rims where the tyres were put on/taken off. Included are 4 new matching Subaru centre caps, which look to be specific to these wheels. Normal main dealer price over £200 per wheel - that's without the centre caps and VAT!!! I'm looking for £350 the lot!

Prefer collection from Maldon, Essex by arrangement or possibly can be sent via courier. Expect Courier delivery to be costly - due to the size/weight involved, I will have to send them as minimum two separate packages, maybe four. Any questions please get in touch, if you send an email address I will reply with pics.

Cheers,

Mike!

No bug-eye WRX wheels, so won't clear Brembo's on the STI

Don't know about Brembos - I never saw the car the wheels came off. It was a brand new car at the dealership but had long gone by the time I got my hands on them! If anyone with Brembos is interested, they are more than welcome to pop down and try them for size!

Is this the dark colored ones, or are they straight silver, a bit hard to tell on the one pic?

If the dark , i would make a bid on them!

These wheels have got to go, thanks for you valuation advice Growler, was that an offer? I've seen used wheels go for more than that :-)

The price has dropped to £295 - that's gotta be an awsome deal for wheels as good as this - don't forget, this includes the new centres too!

I don't know if they changed the PCD for the wheels on the 2007 models - I suspect not, but the dimensions of these wheels are the same as most other Impreza's, Legacys etc. so providing you haven't got massive aftermarket brakes there should be no problems.
cheers

According to the subaru website both 2003 and 2007 wheels are 17x7 ET55 so it should be OK. My only worry is that you say they were fitted to an Sti which AFAIK uses a different PCD pattern and offset to the WRX. Could you verify on the inside of the wheel what ET they are?
What do they weigh?
Also how much would it cost to post to Sweden (Lund)?

Cheers

On the inside it says 17 x 7JJ 55

Guess that means ET 55?

Thanks - not too well up on the details of the newer Scoobs! Also misread the scales - read lbs when I thought I was reading kilos!

Approx cost to post to Sweden is £20 per wheel :-)

Amazing, I stumbled accross them in the shed yesterday (it's chokka!), and thought "I must stick them on ebay this Sunday! The guy from Sweden didn't buy - don't blame him given the high costs of posting. I lost interest after that and forgot about them - so yes thay are still for sale :-)
