Thumbs up

Cheers Rich.

However, get a message along the lines of "Photobucket is doing a little work right now - images will appear later". Perhaps the site is being revised or something...

yes bit odd as you can see the rear brace pics ( about 2 mins ago anyway ) but it could explain why i couldnt log in either. maybe some files being accessed and some not due some processing they are doing. Will keep an eye on this in case its an issues with my setup.

Rich, if you go back to PB and copy the lines for each image that begin with [IMG]..., then paste them in a post on this thread, the images should appear embedded in the post!...

Hi Rich,

Does the rear strut brace get in the way of the rear seat?

HI Jubby

yep its just the bog standard OE one. I took it off the car at about 25k miles when i put on a whiteline one which i sold with the car 6 months ago. Its just been sitting around for 4 years in my loft/shed waiting for me to pull my finger out and sell it.

will get you a pic in the next day for sure..

Cheers
Richard

Question

Hi Rich.

The JR filter... Is it a cotton and gauze, paper and gauze, or foam.

Is it simply a 'fit & forget' item, seeing as it doesn't need oiling, then?

Cheers, John.

Hi John

to be honest im not 100% sure, I just had another look at it and it looks like its made up of several layers of gauze. I dont have the instructions any longer but i remember that all you need to do is take it out occasionally and wash it with soapy water, dry it and put it back in. I did this once and it was fine. In the time I had it in my car i didnt have any maf issues as its not oil based ( previous to this i had itg and a ramair ones and both of them wrecked the mafs ).

Cheers
Richard

Hi Jubby

Here a few photos of the roll bar. Paintwork is a bit bubbly/rusty in places towards the ends but otherwise ok + the bushes look fine.
