Broken RA gearbox 6B-TY752VB3EA

It came from a MY95 RA; unfortunately the diff supplied with it was the wrong ratio, which resulted in the failure of the lay shaft thrust bearing (if I remember correctly- I don't know a lot about gearboxes tbh).
I have attached a few photos which show the damage to the gears on the main input shaft (once again, I think that was my gearbox man said).
The inside of the box was fine before this 'incident'- as I had a couple of spare boxes, and needed it sorting for a trackday the next day, I just swapped the box over and this one has been sat on a pallet ever since.
Not really sure what a broken gearbox is worth, so offers please.
