Default PAR billet lightened flywheel

2000 miles use maximum.

Unsure of weight but I think it is 7.5kg

being sold because the new clutch I have bought comes with a specific flywheel.

£150

no pics here, but I can arrange some.

The car has been treated exceptionally well as anyone who knows me and my driving style will testify to, the flywheel may have had a hard time in places as it was connected to grippy paddle clutch on an engine running 500+lbft at times.

It was fine handling the torque, but I would imagine any nastiness the flywheel was subjected to would have been whilst attempting to slip the clutch in traffic jams which did happen occasionally.

There are some light scratches on the surface of the flywheel but nothing that couldn't easily be polished out.

But a lot lighter than standard, and you can go too light you know . Around 6 or 7 kg is what most lightened flywheels are. I don't know the weight of my lightened one, but it takes some getting used, having to bring the revs up before letting the clutch up, I sound like a boy racer at the lights, though that is far from what I am!!

Scott,

When they make these things, they don't just go for thie lightest possible. They go for their weight of choice.

You could put on a flywheel weighing 1kg, but it wouldn't do a very good job of being a flywheel.

It isn't just about the lightest, it is often the preferred compromise of one company over another.

How much was your billet flywheel from roger clark?
