Roof bars for Classic Wagon

Subaru locking roof cross bars for Classic Wagon. Bought for 99 Turbo, but never used.

Lemmy, are these bars you could put a bike rack on, or the bars that go across the built in ones on a wagon?
I'm after a set of bars to put my bike racks on.
