sold and collected, thanks peccy.
one note though, the profile of the tyre is 45mm, which is "wrong" for the classic.
I'm not bothered, just that I've been running 40mm profile since I had it
I'll give it a go, see if I can feel any difference anyway,
Off to give them a good clean now and get em fitted

Hey Chris! Inspired by my recent plunge?
[cue fast show sketch]
"now johnny- calm down..."
"BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAACK!!!"
[/fast show sketch]
when I borrowed some wheels for during the refurb recently the tyres were 45 profile...
YUCK
was so happy to get back to 40.

Lol, nice one chrome, not so much inspired, more an affirmation when I saw yours
I'll give the 45's a go, not a bad ride so far, just have to make sure there's no rubbing
see you later m8,
chris.

regarding the 45 profile, i want sure what to get myself as seen both used, so i used one of those tyre size calculators and the 45 profile is actually a closer fit to the OEM size wheel and diameter then the 40s, and fills the arch better too.
soz about the pressures dont think i ever checked them.

They look good, aren't you supposed to be at scoobyshootout today?
I'll post some pics up when I get a chance.
I've done some readings on speed as well. Matching up with my gps satnav, it is actually closer than the 40's in that respect. eg: 70 indicated on car speedo was actually around 64, and it's now around 68, so much better and your probably right about the match for oem 16's.
