500bhp turbo, manifolds and full exhaust system
Garrett GT30R ported turbo, HKS gas flowed exhaust manifold, custom up and down pipes, Tial external wastegate with separate (removable ) silencer, full matching H&S exhaust system.
This made 502 bhp on my 2.3 Sti5 type R and has run a number of 10.7 sec 1/4 miles without nitrous (10.5 with)
The whole set up is complete with water and oil pipes.
A matching 4" bore induction system and custom TMIC is also available at additional cost although this turbo will also connect to any FMIC or Sti7/8 TMIC.
This turbo can spool to 1.8 bar before 3500rpm on a 2.3
Very responsive and ideal for twisty track as well as drag race use.
Only done approx 3k miles and I'll guarantee the turbo for a further year.
Replacement cost would be around £3.5K eg
Genuine HKS headers - £900
Custom up/down/wastegate pipes approx - £700
GT30R ported shroud turbo- £1100
Tial remote W/G - £300
H&S exhaust system - £400
Heat wrap/water&oil pipes/WG silencer - £100
Best offer over over £1500 secures.

All PM's answered
I would not recommend this set up for a std internals 2.0, it would be laggier than necessary for producing the safe power limit of the std engine. It would be too tempting to turn it up
It would be better suited to a 2.2+ or a fully built 2.0 that has an Sti rpm limit.
I had another use in mind for the monster TMIC complete with fans but would part with it for £350 (cores alone were more than this due to the custom angled cut)
Sti8 and MY95 intercoolers for comparison

Turbo and kit now sold Intercooler still available.
Only for a twin turbo set up though
looks like it would actually make a good frontmount too

very tempted myself by this set up.
It lets you get decent cooling with no presuurisation lag on a large (500bhp+ )application, and still allows you to retain air con. Plus saves space in the engine by not having fmic pipes all over the place.
At that price with the work already done for you, it would be foolish not to buy it.
Had my choice of set up not already been established I would be biting his arm off!
