Thumbs up Sti7 parts

Sti7 PPP kit. Gems daughter board, Sports cat DP, and complete Prodrive exhaust system. The exhaust from the DP back has only done
+/- 200 miles from new. Kit will not include the up rated fuel pump or the restrictor valve.

Also for separate sale, straight through exhaust system (2 SS mid pipes) from DP back to a rear genuine polished Sti titanium back box. (Imported from Japan) This is one of the finest sounding exhaust systems for any new age Sti and I hate having to remove it more that words can explain. However, I need to upgrade to a 3” exhaust system front to back.

Standard Sti headers c/w up pipe.
All parts ready at the end of Jan.

Also time for a clear out;
New age tow bar assy, c/w the removable swan neck tow bar. With swan neck removed the tow bar frame is not noticeable on the car at all. Used for towing Westfield on A-frame (less than 500 KG).
Standard fit double din stereo unit if anyone needs it to perhaps upgrade. (Had to move the Secs system down to fit gauges on a dash pod)
New age genuine Subaru dash mount pod. UPDATE; SOLD to Pogue.
Sti7 front head lights.
Sti7 standard anti roll bar and drop links.
Sti7 standard brake hose's.
Sti7 standard springs.

Think that's it for now.

Still selling it at the price you told me M8? WAY TOO CHEAP! We both know what it is worth.

Is this "sale" your doing or has Arlene "insisted on it" so she can get the Merc into the garage easier?

free bttt for a great car!

YHPM.

Poque, some fast business there. Good stuff.

Wuz; Yip LOL, dear wife wants her motor inside as well. The Sti Genome gauges we fitted are looking better each day bud. Thanks for the good work. The boys love them as much as Dad; Mum still rolling her eyes…

Cheers,
Jools

The lights are not as new. They have fine fine "grit" marks. I changed to WRX ones (UK300) and had the front of the car painted. My mates were the same and he had his glass polished and they came up like new. With this in mind I would take £100 plus P&P.

What's the spec for the sports cat DP? Is this the standard Prodrive one? How much you want just for the DP?

Fulham 71,
I afraid I won’t be able to do that until wk 3, when I get home. I have some shots of the car I can send you later when the lights were still on it, but you will need close up I guess.

Prodrive Eddie,
Really want to sell the PPP kit as one, but will see how it goes, had several requests so far for the cat DP on it’s own. Don’t know the specs as such, but it is the Prodrive one fitted autumn 02. I might be better off just letting the bit and bobs go, but it won’t come off the car until end of Jan.

Regards for now,
Jools

Post Additional info on the PPP kit to assist as I have received so many questions.

Note; This PPP kit is for a MY02 Sti Type UK Impreza, nothing else. That comes from Mike Wood at Prodrive, so I’m sure that info is factual.

The PPP kit is still for sale, but there are lots of people who want various bits and pieces. I need £750 for the kit, which costs £2000 new. I had it fitted just over two years ago to my MY02 Type UK Sti.

You would need to get it fitted by someone who knows what they are doing. A Subaru garage would know their way around, as would lots of tuning companies that Scooby people use. When upgrading to more power the first thing you need is the sports free flowing down pipe and these cost over 600 quid, so 750 plus a few more bits you will need is a good buy. You could go cat free if you wish, which would be cheaper.

What I have for sale is as follows.
1 x “Gems” daughter board. This is regarded as a “piggyback” system as it fits over the standard ECU on the car and requires soldering in place. The details on the Gems board are as follows;

Sti Subaru 62 (the six might be a zero...02)
G 1.47/02
X1075

1 x Prodrive Sports Cat down pipe.
1 x Prodrive mid section SS exhaust section with small box.
1 x Prodrive SS back box

2 x parts of the kit you will need are a tiny restrictor fitted to control boost spikes and an up rated fuel pump. The fuel pump you can get off SN for 100 quid and the restrictor valve from Subura for a few pounds. These parts I am not selling as they are needed for my next upgrade project.

This is the very first PPP kits Prodrive did produce for the new shape Type UK Sti’s. When fitted on my car, it produced 301 BHP on the rollers. Since then PPP kits are a remapping of the ECU, where as this one tricks the ECU in to producing more boost.

I hope that helps a little. I now intend to go back through all the PM’s I have received on SN & SIDC and inform people that I will break the kit up, as potentially I believe I have buyers for all the bits.

Jools
