Default P1 Original Back Box

Taken off of a P1 quite early in its life. when a Scoobysport back box was fitted. That box was recently sold.

Owner is now happily deafening himself with a TSL firestorm

This has been well looked after and is in good condition having been wrapped in plastic for eventual refitting by the first owner (who expected the P1 to be a pureists car!).

******* Price now £60.00 ********

Priced at £***100****, but open to offers, prefer collection, but would consder sending by parcel force, at buyers request.

STI Logo and Subaru emboss

Nice big tailpipe.

That exhaust is the standard jobby that came with the P1. It is so quiet it's bordering on criminal! The reason I looked in here is I'm after the "P1" optional BB.

I'm interested. Will it fit on existing standard WRX import centre section? How much will the parcel force be? I'm in Gloucester, don't suppose you're even in this neck of the woods?

Firstly, I have no idea what a "P1" optional BB. is?, This is the back box fitted to a genuine P1 from new. I can only assume he means a PPP back box, which is probably the same, as most prodrive parts of this age, were just rebadged STI.

Unfortunately, we are Kent.

It is the same fitting as the Scoobysport, back box and should fit a WRX import as one of the other Kent scooby boys has one fitted to his WRX Classic.

I have weighed it and it weighs 10kg, which on the parcel force site, with insurance is £13.00, 48hr service..

If you want it, my mate says he will take £110, delivered.

That looks like the standard STi exhaust that was removed to make way for the P1 badged prodrive one when the car was being converted.

looks like the one I took of my P1 when I replaced it with a TSL bb as the original was too quiet (but a better look than a twin peashooter WRX though)

The P1 came with 2 back box options, one quite, more restricitve one, as above. As well as a 'P1' badged prodrive back box that was louder and slightly more free flowing.

Odd. This looks like mine, but my one has a slash cut effect.

'slightly' more free flowing - you heard it there first.

Still for sale, open to offers.

Nice big tailpipe, no holes, STI badges exhaust as fitted to all P1's. although a noisier option was available for limited power gain.

And If what i have been led to believe, this is the same spec back box as those used in the PPP kits.

Hi m8
Looking to buy a my00 bugeye wagon on Saturday. It has a massive tailpipe I want rid of. Will it fit this car?
If so and still for sale on Sat I'd be very interested. Let me know if it will fit.
Cheers
Alas

Alas, if its to go on a bug-eye it`ll need the hangers on the backbox adjusted as they`re a little different
