Smile Ultralight Flywheel and Paddle clutch plate

Ultralight Steel flywheel, supplied by TEGsport last year at a cost of £295+del+vat = £364.25

This allows faster acceleration and quicker gearshifts with less wear on the gearbox synchromesh.

Used on my own WRX to set a 1/4 mile time of 11.66 seconds at "Ten of the best 2" in Aug 03.

Approx 1000 miles use only.

The flywheel weighs only 4.2kg and comes complete with an AP Paddle clutch centre disc. This is the 8mm paddle which fits with a standard clutch cover or a full standard clutch can be fitted to this flywheel.

This will fit any turbo model from 93 to 01. UK, WRX and Sti.

The standard clutch cover will transmit greater torque with a paddle disc due to the high friction material used. This is a bit harsher in use and is generally better suited to a sporting driving style. The friction plate is currently at 7.6mm thickness Vs a new spec of 8mm. ie nearly new.

Also advertised on Ebay at £220 or nearest offer !!

You can view it here - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...category=32094

The flywheel discolouration is normal with this type of clutch, there is no wear (see close up pic)
