These are the original wheels and tyres that came with the car, they still have 7mm of tread as per my service today.

Not been kerbed or damaged in anyway

Neesha - Not really sure but enough to knock down the price of the ones I want to buy.

Austen - not sure what tyres but they are they are the standard tyres supplied with new cars if that is any help (sorry blonde female!!)

Where are you?? When you say 7mm thread, do you mean down to the wear marks or the bottom of the tread? I need a set of tyres that will last approx 8k miles before the car goes back

 

Now there lies a problem I am in Surrey.

Its just had its 10K service today, apparently according Mr Service Man at the dealers they come with 8mm of tread and the legal limit is 1.9mm.

Was really looking for a bit more than £350

Hey Charlie the wheels and tyres are worth about 450 - 500 quid so dont take any less

If they need to go up north to brum let me know im always around that area might be able to drop off for you

They will fit your classic with possibly the slightest of rubbing under hard load on the rears but get your arches rolled or get different tyres

You've had the car 6 months, I guess, and only worn the tyres by just over 1mm? At that rate your tyres would last the best part of 4 years ! Have you only done about 2,500 miles since new?

I have just bought a Group N STi with a set of slicks on and a spare set of intermediates.

i am after some 17 or 18" gold alloys

Courier is about £15 per wheel & tyre, I sent 4 to Scotland for just over £60. Dont forget material to pack them though.
