Default UK MY00 Rear Diff - £150 O.N.O.

As the title says - I have the rear diff of my MY00 UK Turbo.

It's done 500 miles short of 40k and was replaced cos I changed my gearbox for the P1 version and had to have the diff to match.

Any takers or offers??

I'm having problems selling my UK300 diff for 60 quid.

I wish you were selling this 3 weeks ago as I wanted to do the conversion.

Default Diff. spec

My sept 1996 (MY 97) import Type RA has the wrong diff in the back, a 4.4 to 1, what is the spec on the diff and is it fitted with a LSD.

I don't know to be honest...
According to http://www.iwoc.co.uk/impspec2.html it's 3.545 - don't know if it's LSD or not... Don't think so.

Sorry I can't be of more help... I'll post the query in the technical forum...

The legend that is Greasemonky responded to my other thread in tech thusly:

If it's off a UK Turbo 2000, you will have an R160 diff with a 3.545 ratio and a viscous coupled limited slip function.
So I got the ratio right... is this good for you Mr. STI5300 (will also e-mail you incase you don't check the thread)
