you might have more luck if you take a clearer picture..

what ECU is it? 801 ?

That's a MY98 ECU.

well- it also dpends on whats inside as thats only the case
I have an 801 case and a Possum Link inside

The 801 ECU does not come on the MY98. The 800, and 801 ECUs come on the MY99 and the 802 comes on the MY00. The MY98s have a different ECU which is the one in the pic and will not go into a MY99 or MY00.
