#### For Sale - Top Quality Pioneer In-Car Navigation System ####

I am putting the following equipment up for sale. I have owned this kit from new for around 15 months, all purchased on the same day from the same supplier (very expensive day this was). Reason for sale is, well I want some AP 6-Pot brakes and eventually new tyres/wheels.

I would prefer to sell this kit complete as is, as almost all of it requires the other components to work, however I have included individual selling prices on each item so please enquire about individual items and I will be in touch on a first-come-first-served basis to those expressing interests in individual items.

This kit has been used very little and is in as new condition, fully boxed in original packaging with all the original cables included.

Before you read the rest of the interesting stuff (boring to many I am sure), the asking price is £1,400 for the lot. The asking price for the bundle is slightly less than the asking price for the items if sold individually, as I want to make it attractive for someone to buy this kit as a whole.

Don’t be put off by the price; the original RRP on this kit is circa £3000 - £3500. This is top-notch equipment, some of the best on the market, and is only really beaten by the very latest that Pioneer have to offer. Some of these products are still in Pioneer’ current price list as well.

Lightbulb

Mail me with what you think it is worth. The cheapest I have seen this brand new in the last few days is a good £300 more. This kit has had very little use and is as new.

I can always get back in touch if everything sells seperately. And your offer is reasonable, of course....

Cheers
Simon

You have mail....

Simon

PS Everyone, if it is not clear from the original post, with this system you can play back DVD movies, using the Sat Nav box of tricks. Just take out the European Map disk and put in your movie and away you go.

And if think about how good in-car music sounds to say in-house hi-fi, then you can imagine how good movies are with the 5.1 surround sound, in the cabin of your Scoob.

I am sure it is a very good piece of kit. However, I am of the opinion that the quality of Sat Nav you are suggesting here is quite literally not on a par with the Pioneer system.

I am not going to go digging into the specs on this or any other unit, however I doubt that it has the clever technology bits, like 3D gyro sensor and vehicle speed sensor integration (not just relying on GPS), providing more accurate positoning. What about voice command, the Pioneer system has it? What about points-of-interest? Wouldn't it be good if you are driving somewhere where you have never driven before, needed fuel, and wanted to dart for your nearest Shell station to top-up with Optimax, well the Pioneer does this as well. As said before, this is state-of-the-art stuff, even if it is just a little over a year old.

This is an invaluable tool for people who do the miles. I don't do the miles in my Scoob anymore as I have a company car for this, so this is of no real use to me anymore.

There are lots of very reasonably priced navigation products out there, but very few of them come packed with the technological features that the Pioneer has.

Lets not turn this thread into a "This product is better than the one your selling, so there!", or "your product is overpriced caus' you can get this one here...." please.

What is up for sale is top-notch, as said previously. If you are in the market for Sta Nav right now, then you will know what is excellent kit, what is good and what is average!

To anyone seriously thinking about this, the price IS negotiable. Where a deal can be done, it will be done!!

Cheers Marc and BTTT again...

Oh, and as it's Christmas and having poked my nose around the market place at the deals that are on, and also after some friendly advice from fellow Scoobynetters, I am revising the price!

£1,600 gets you the lot!!
