Winter is nearly here & our native birds will soon be finding food scarce. Please go to the pet shop & buy a bag of nuts for our feathered friends.There is no finer sight on a
winter's morning than a pair of tits around your nut sack. Just remember however it's a bit early in the year to expect a swallow.

A 20kg bag of peanuts in Costco is £22 iirc which is excellent valley, out local garden centres sell the same bags for approx £45-50

Also a 20kg bag of mixed feeder seed is about £7 and the same stuff in the supermarkets is about £4 for a 1kg bag iirc

lots of tits, coal, blue and great, thrushes, robins, finches, blackbirds, starlings, wood pigeons and wood peckers amongst others in our garden, all enjoy peanuts and sun flower seeds.
