How many more cases must there be....
before people rise up en masse and say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!"
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...an-rights.html Will Cameron change this? Will Clegg change this? Will Milliband change this? Will Farage change this? Will YOU change this? |
The reason for not deporting him is a legal fiction.
"In July this year Upper Tribunal Judge Christopher Hanson ruled that Harverye faced a “real risk of ill-treatment sufficient to breach the high threshold of Article 3” if he were returned to Zimbabwe because he would be unable to demonstrate loyalty to Zanu-PF, the ruling party led by Robert Mugabe." |
Shocking but don't surprise me that he wasn't deported.
Thing is if you read the whole story, somewhere you'll get to read this part. He received his first reprimand in 2004 for common assault, and was then convicted of a further 12 offences over the next five years. All this sh!t and he still can't be kicked out :cuckoo: |
He will get his justice when banged up.
Human rights won't exist when the crims inside find out what he's done. |
Hopefully his human rights will be well and truly breached whilst he's inside
|
Now that really is taking the p,iss
And only 5 and a half years??? I'd send him back and let him out at Harare but forget to land. dl |
Not an isolated case either which makes it even more shocking.
|
The worse the offence that you commit, the more the leftie plonkers will try to protect you from retribution!
We don't seem to have any more strong and sensible leaders any more. Les :( |
It emerged in Harverye’s case that his brother, Matthew, also overturned a deportation bid on human rights grounds last year after being convicted of common assault. |
On the flip side he was five years old when he arrived in the UK.
He should have had long enough in this country realise right from wrong. Therefore I blame the parents, his brother is no better... so deport the whole family!! |
