The trials and tribulations of turbos
Known faults with engines, problems after 'mapping', forging, huge (improbable?) power outputs etc. etc.
We've seen many threads on here. But we are not alone: Life on another side And to think my daughter went and bought one....... |

I used to own a mapped corsa VXR, absolutely cracking motor and very capable. Sold it on over a year ago, the guy says it hasn't missed a beat! I'm fairly sure a good map, along with regular servicing, not ragging it, proper cool up / cool down procedures etc would help to prolong engine life
