Fair play to him. Couldn't tell if the robber was shooting while the shopkeeper was swinging the bat. I don't think it's worth it to fight back against a gun.

I think the shop keeper is a bit too brave for his own good there.
I certainly looks like the gun is being fired while he's trying to swing the bat.

Did you see the customer run out with a fire extinguisher after throwing a chair. Plus the big bloke with a tissue. Well done fella.

How the hell did he not get shot? Why didn't the robber just stand back and shoot the guy instead of wrestling him?

You can see half way through if you look closely, the shopkeeper hit the gun out of his hand.

Because he's a tinted fellow from Chicago.
My experience of tinted fellows from Chicago is that they're not the brightest.

Good job that didn't happen in this country as that would be proof to do the shopkeeper for grievous bodily harm with intent!

The shope keeper was an idiot - its not worth leaving your wife a widow and your kids fatherless for a few hundred notes. That said he landed some good head stikes :notworthy

Epic braveness/lunacy. Some seriously strong preservation instinct must have kicked in!!

I found I was cheering him on as he got the head shots in.

Brave but also stupid at the same time.

The shopkeeper is a very brave man. The robbers well deserved every blow that landed.
