Tegiwa imports problem
 

Hi all. I ordered a tow hook off them. It was poor quality and poor fitting. I contacted them and the said return and they would refund. They saying now they didnt get item back and refusing refund now leaving me out of pocket. Any body else had problems with tegiwa imports in stock?

Did you use recorded delivery?

Did you send it recorded post back to them?

If it Wasent sent recorded post mate you have lost out

As above. It may cost you more postage but 80% refund is better then nothing.
