Looking to replace the coolant temp sensor on my sti 2002

Where is it located?

Would this fit the bill?

Yes mate that will fit and is located underneath/behind the alternator

How long and hard to change mate?

Depending how fast you can remove the alternator differs with people but straight forward todo.
Then it's just a case of disconnecting the 3prong plug under the manifold/behind we're the alternator was then its just a 19mm spanner you need I think. Undo and replace plug back in and assemble. DONE!!
I think if you look at a sticky topic on the forum by looking for a "inlet removal guide " then that should show you the position of the sensor :)
