brake stopper
Hi guys,
Just out of curiosity what are the brake stoppers for ,were do they go. Cheers |
its more for a classic if honest, the bulkhead on a classic isnt the strongest and when you press the brake pedal it can flex and move the master cylinder, not a lot but it can, so you fit a brake stopper to the inner wing to act like a strut brace for the master cylinder to stop it moving.

You should notice a difference on your car with one fitted, Martin.
|
Made no difference whatsoever on my Blob. Save your money.

I've got a newage one for sale £25 posted if you are wanting one
|
Brake stoppers make huge difference on the classic shape and is a worthwhile mod, the newage cars a built stronger and won't really benefit from it as much.

Just put half a house brick under the middle pedal, that should stop you braking.:thumb:

Got one fitted along with braided hoses, massive difference. I have a classic BTW.
