ad uk 08 July 2012 09:41 AM

I also have a sc 46 billet on a 2.0 forged cross drooled nitrated crank lateral800 injectors Walbro 255 pump fmic reversed inlet and flipped inter cooler for shorter pipe less lag work 3inch system all the way thru 6speed conversion fuel reg parallel fuel lines braided fuel lines aps air inductin kit located in wing equal length headers and running on Simtec well alkatek not running yet it's nearly finished couple of weeks.. Then a running in map then full map going with straight vpower first then if not happy with that 20% meth so don't know what power it will be yet but should be fun in a classic !

ralph3090 08 July 2012 11:50 AM

i have a 2lt blob running sc 40 turbo standard intermals,fmic, 1000cc injectors,walbro,3" turbo back,k&n induction,ecutek by jgm,running 420hp with 20% meth

leeroywrx 08 July 2012 12:40 PM

Great figures from the sc40 mate.i bet spool is emmense :)

ralph3090 08 July 2012 02:55 PM

i love it mate but its time for upgrade but not sure on what turbo yet, worried about lag

leeroywrx 08 July 2012 03:35 PM

i had a billet 20g pal but my sc46 kills it and for a biggish turbo isnt too laggy.my mate has an sc42 and that spools amazingly and makes great bhp too.win win :)

marcevs72 08 July 2012 04:44 PM

Been advised on sc42 when I get my stroker built at engine tuner so anybody running one and can give some feedback would be good.

LewisScoob 08 July 2012 09:43 PM

My SC38 made 395hp on a 2.0 with std headers and uppipe, Hybrid GT2 FMIC, 550cc injectors and run on V-Power.

Impressive figure for an SC46 on a 2L. My spec is very similar to yours on an RCM 400, & Iv been thinking of uprating to the SC46. I think this has just made my mind up, hope it's not too laggy.

leeroywrx 08 July 2012 10:32 PM

i think its spot on pal as the power is immense.the ratios of the 6 speed help :)

RICHARD J 08 July 2012 10:45 PM

I have a JDM 6 speed so it should be fine. Did Pat map it?

R400sub 09 July 2012 03:40 AM

It'd be one of the last things on my long shopping list though.

If you only want 400/400 an sc42 would be better IMHO :)

Bob99 09 July 2012 02:26 PM

I have a SC42 fitted on a 2.0 lt which was mapped at scooby clinic and it made 401bhp, 1.45 bar boost, ecutek, quite pleased as I am still on a top mount and a cat in the down pipe, was on pump gas V power.

leeroywrx 10 July 2012 01:16 PM

That's a great result mate :)

That's quite a conservative boost level? With something like 1.6 bar and de-cat that should top 420 I would have thought?
I'm considering an SC42 (currently MD321H) and have a pretty good list of supporting mods so I would be aiming for 420

leeroywrx 11 July 2012 03:48 PM

If you have the right mods it should make 420 pal :)

leeroywrx 12 July 2012 11:54 AM

Anyone got a gt30 billet on 2.1 stroker?

leeroywrx 17 July 2012 06:38 AM

Anyone?
