MDX321T
Is this a MDX321T turbo?
It doesn't have a standard up pipe fitment that's all!!! http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u...7612/photo.jpg http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u...12/photo-1.jpg http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u...12/photo-2.jpg |
Looks like it's for a twin scroll downpipe or similar

Those where my thoughts as well.

Could be wrong of course there were a few 28/35's about years ago but I would bet big dosh that it started out as one of them. Clive |
That's exactly what I think happened.
How did it perform? Is there any up pipes that you know of? I've got one here that fits but it's only a two blot design, was looking to fit it with 3 bolt gt spec headers |
I had 420 ish out of it in not billet form after it was converted originally to a T. You will need to get a three bolt up pipe and get the 3 bolt part welded on instead of the 2 bolt flange. I have a 3 bolt lying around you can have cheap if it helps. Pm me if need be.

I've got a 3 bolt here I got with the headers. Unless you've got one that fits straight on with that turbo flange.
Was hoping it would make a bit more than that. Thanks for the help Clive. Was it a nice turbo to use when you had it? |
Just chop and weld the one you have then mate.
I was only running about 1.7 bar and it did a 11.9 quarter in my type r. In billet form it should make more and you can push to 2 bar plus if engine spec will take it. |
Just hoping for a nice fast road set up. So fingers crossed it will be nice to drive.
Weather it's as good a proper billet T we will see. |
