BrownPantsRacing 10 December 2011 10:29 PM

Yep, they connect the exhaust through the cabin to make it louder. Great bit of kit the screamer!

dj219957 10 December 2011 10:36 PM

ive put one of them wistler kits on the mrs ka and i kid you not its sounds like a cossie now.

BrownPantsRacing 10 December 2011 10:39 PM

They sell them at hellfrauds too!

Will that make my wifes diesel sound like a cossie too? Coool.

I think your friend is talking more along the lines of an electric cut out. Gains to be had when it's mapped in but bound to get you into trouble too

KAS35RSTI 10 December 2011 11:36 PM

Think the OP is talking about the exhaust whistlers that make the DV noise.

Iff you take a whistle off an old style kettle and push it into your backbox via the tailpipe it will give you the sound you after, rally car esque. Good luck....
