Who has tried these and does Tai Chi ( meditation part ) really work ?.

Yes, done Tai Chi (lau gar kung fu prior to that) for a number of years.

It won't be the quick fix you are looking for Nath but it will be calming, and mentally and physically beneficial in the long run, if you stick at it.
