I'll pass on it I think, and carry on waiting for a wagon :lol1:

53 04 May 2011 10:55 PM

Not sure I'd want to test it's capabilities on 13 year old rubber ! Bit sparse on pics :(

Wagons rule you know the score ;)

TonyBurns 04 May 2011 10:56 PM

99greenwagon 04 May 2011 11:39 PM

i dont care how good it is,38k is alot of money!:cuckoo:
nice car tho.:D

Paulo P 04 May 2011 11:51 PM

As much as I'd love a 22B I would not pay that for one  I'd be too scared to use it for a start and I've been there before and it's no fun owning a car you're too scared to use

chopperman 05 May 2011 12:03 AM

Wow, its only lost £2000 in 13 years. Bit of a waste paying 40k 13 years ago and only doing 5000miles. Cars are to be used imho.

juggers 05 May 2011 12:18 AM

It sold for under 30k a few weeks back and now the punter thinks he can make another 8k pmsl

Pramas 05 May 2011 12:53 AM

id be scared to drive any car like that, nice car just not for me espicially at that price, would much rather have a type 25

leecalcars 05 May 2011 06:34 AM

Think the 22b is the ulimate for me but to pay that money is stupid, original tyres and only 5k it's not even run in ...!

Very nice car though il start saving now !

Dave Y 05 May 2011 07:11 AM

ideal raffle prize £10 per ticket, how many members on here?

allsop83 05 May 2011 07:37 AM

Type R, 22B body kit, 2.35 and some crazy turbo power and you have something mega for much less cash....and something you can use aswell!

The value of a car like that will just plummet as you start putting miles on it, for collectors with more money than sense I say....bit cheeky tho buying and instantly sticking £8000 on it and trying to sell again!

ironbridge 05 May 2011 07:51 AM

looks mint condition, but a bit expensive

CREWJ 05 May 2011 08:09 AM

I would love it but as said, the price is ridiculous!

MattyB1983 05 May 2011 08:24 AM

Yea the price is very high, but find another one. If your after a 22B then you obviously don't have any money issues, and this one will be as good a 22B as youll find.

Hey Kev :) - Nah - I'm going for a big power conversion on my wagon - Wagon's rule, didn't you know?

dibbleyuk 05 May 2011 08:50 AM

For that money i would be buying a GTR!

urban 05 May 2011 10:11 AM

38K for a 13year old Subaru

Get real :nono:

happydude303 05 May 2011 10:24 AM

to be fair this is the sort of car you buy bot at that price mind, keep for 40 years in a bubble in a garage and then sell it for double the money above if only i had the money better then a pension

ice643 05 May 2011 10:31 AM

i would rather have a spec c.

eelz 05 May 2011 10:35 AM

I think this was the one for sale in Graham Walkers in Chester a couple of months back.

£29k was their asking price and it's No.13 IIRC.

scoobslayer 05 May 2011 10:50 AM

hmmm, the dogs will love that! Still got the Mach One?

Right?

So 76K for a 53 year old Subaru :cuckoo:

You been on the drink big lad?

happydude303 05 May 2011 11:13 AM

it will be classic car by then these a very rare machine not you normal scooby i mean take my mates rs500 cosy that is no worth 40 grand and is mint and will only keep going up

happydude303 05 May 2011 11:16 AM

also i did stat it not worth the money it is up for yet 30 grand is about right and give it 40-50 years and i reckon it will be worth double just like most 50 year old classic cars are now , this osrt of car will be purchase in the future by some rich chap who love his rally and has more money then sencse and will sit with all his other little toys ina garage

MattyB1983 05 May 2011 11:48 AM

Nobody is saying it will be a better driving car than say a Spec C etc. That's not the reason it's worth so much. You wouldn't buy a 5000 mile 22B to use everyday, it's an investment.
It's very rare, it's mint, it's got crazy low mileage and it's an iconic car. That's what makes it so desirable. And yes, in 50 years time it will be worth an absolute fortune whereas a spec C wouldn't.

Guys it's a 22B, end of.
